About

I'm a pedagogue, director and multi-disciplinary creative with a passion for inspiring the next generation of performers and content creators.
After spending my childhood on the stage, I embarked upon a career in print and digital media, before returning to performance, eventually graduating from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama with an MA (distinction) in Actor Training and Coaching.

My teaching practice is rooted in physical performance and technology. I've acted and directed across a range of London and Brighton venues. I’ve also guided emerging talent in disciplines like Physical Theatre, Clown and motion capture at world-leading institutions such as LAMDA, Trinity Laban, Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and Italia Conti. I am dedicated to helping young people find their voice and build a sustainable artistic practice.

Outside of performance I take on photography, videography and writing projects, using my decade of experience as digital content manager at the French Embassy, and seven years as a magazine journalist, to support my creative output.
